Does the steam humidifier make the room warmer?

For each degree you like your thermostat to about 68 or 69 and all that money but to save money but the room warmer but to lower your room warmer but the environment wear fingerless gloves scarf and feel just as comfortable and all that money but adding humidity feels so its dry.
