Someone recently suggested doing so as an alternative to using a humidifier and draining the excess every morning before leaving the house.

Your thoughts?
RedBad M (below) You are correct. What helps me is my master bedroom has an attached bathroom.

I could experiment on two seperate nights but I do have a great humidifier that works extremely well and quickly. Decisions, decisions. Thx for the input.

The rate of water vapor diffusion into your priority if so humidifier is getting some added humidity while not using electricity your homes air will be far less than that produced by humidifier sothis becomes classic conundrum in the rate of water vapor.
