is it good to use saline nasal drops and vicks humidifier at 38wks prego?

I’m 38wks prego. and i want to buy a vicks humidifier, some saline nose drops, and some vitamin c to see if my cold can get better. Do you think all that is safe for my baby? Because I can not take the pain anymore everytime I cough it feels like one of my ribs is going to break from the baby being only on one side. So what should I do?
