My 5 month old has a cough, and he hasn’t used this humidifier since November… Does anyone know how to clean it out? Bleach water? I think the instructions are in his room, and I don’t want to wake him up, searching for them. Thanks.

I always develop a cough when I get home. I live in London, but I’m originally from Africa, could it be that the air is to moist or that I’m not used to central heating? Would installing a humidifier or something help? It’s only at home, not outdoors?
